After the consultation and reviewing the top tips we can assess how your property is presented in the market place and what type of clients you are hoping to attract. If required we can also discuss how best to hold a viewing, the key features/ benefits to pull out and those that are not and the possible sales techniques to use. Stage 3. The Work Begins Decoration and renovation of the home and garden including project management from start to finish of Conservatories, Home Extensions, Kitchens, Plumbing and Electrical Work sourcing local tradesman at a preferential rate.As we have engaged with a number of clients and properties over the years we have built up a network of contacts who can perform any work/ modifications required on your home. We can suggest recommendations through the consultation that may be required. In many cases it is only small modifications that are needed. The main aim is to sell your property quickly and to maximise your profit. |
